OUR STORY
Baylin Home Care was founded in February 2013, born from a deeply personal experience caring for aging parents. That experience gave us something most agencies don’t have — a real understanding of what families go through when a loved one needs help at home. We know the uncertainty, the questions, and the urgency that comes with finding the right care. It’s why we started this company, and it’s what drives us every day.
We began by providing companion care services across Suffolk County, Nassau County, and the Hamptons. Over time, families trusted us with more — and we grew to meet that need. By joining forces with My HHA Care, Inc., a New York State Licensed Home Care Services Agency, we expanded into private duty nursing and licensed clinical care, giving families access to a fuller range of support under one trusted name.

Our office is physically located in Southampton, NY — not a satellite location, not a phone number forwarded to a remote office somewhere else. When you call us, you reach someone who knows this community, knows our caregivers, and can respond quickly to your needs.
After more than 13 years serving Long Island, we have built a deep network of experienced caregivers and licensed nurses. That matters more than people realize. When a case needs to be filled quickly — after a hospital discharge, during a health crisis, or when schedules change unexpectedly — our established relationships mean we can respond faster than agencies starting from scratch.
The Hamptons and East End present unique staffing challenges. The geography is remote, and finding qualified, reliable caregivers in this area is genuinely difficult. Our team works hard to meet that challenge, and our long-standing presence in the community means we have the connections to fill cases that other agencies simply can’t.
Our phones are managed after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. You will never reach a voicemail when you need support. A real team member is always available.
OUR TEAM
Our care coordinators are attentive, hardworking, and genuinely committed to the families we serve. Brianna, our social coordinator, along with care coordinators Lisa and Theresa — affectionately known around the office as Aunt Theresa — work closely with clients and their families to make sure care is running smoothly, questions get answered, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Every member of our team understands that when you invite a caregiver into your home, you are placing an enormous amount of trust in us. We take that seriously.
